Christopher Smith is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments and runs the office in Downtown Dover.  In addition to running his practice he has the responsibility for leading the Diversity and Inclusion efforts for the organization from New York down to Virginia.  Chris has live in Delaware his whole life with a passion for giving back to this community through the boards he sits on and through Rotary. 


​​​​Larence Kirby is the Executive Director for the Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs. He advises a state-wide agency, legislative officials, and service agencies on issues impacting 72,000 Delaware veterans. Kirby retired as a Command Chief Master Sergeant, was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Afghanistan actions, and identified hundreds of Iraq and Afghanistan casualties at Dover’s Air Force Port Mortuary. Kirby is currently working on his PhD in Human and Social Services and is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health.
